We are fully equipped to test and guarantee any product we state has been tested. If a product is listed “as-is” or “for parts” the product may be in 100% working order, however, we may be unable to guarantee this. We try our best to list items we assume are not broken or maintain a decent value for our buyers. Selling “broken junk” isn’t something we adhere to. Assume we tried our best to sell you a product you can use or repurpose.

Our Return Policy

We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on any product failures that occur within 30 days of the item purchased caused by non-human damage. Items listed “as-is” or for “for parts” will not be accepted for return.

Freight Returns

Any order that requires freight shipping is considered final. No returns will be accepted for items that require a pallet or freight shipping, UNLESS the buyer pays for freight shipping in both directions.

Return Disputes

Due to the recent run-on nefarious activities on eBay by suspicious buyers, we have made a few precautions to ensure our products are packaged properly and that shipping and return disputes are handled professionally and quickly for both parties.

We have installed 24/7 8K 60FPS Cameras on all our shipping and packaging tables.
We have ensured each item, bundle, or component included in a bundle has been serialized and documented to ensure the absolute best in item accuracy.
Returns that include the wrong items or “swapped” items will be rejected and HD video will be supplied during the dispute to eBay for their full consideration.

Customer Support

We now provide FaceTime and email technical support for various technical issues regarding potential malfunctions. This includes issues with motherboards that do not display visual or any other technical issue we can resolve quickly in an effort to reduce returns and wasted time by our buyers.
