This monitor has been plugged in and powered on, the screen does get power to it, but honestly I'm not sure how to work this much more than that! The keyboard cable is in very rough shape, the plastic is literally falling off when handled. You are buying both and if it hasn't been listed by then I'll throw in the mouse too.
